L'eroica
L’Eroica was born in 1997 in Gaiole in Chianti, a small village in the province of Siena. Here 92 hunters of feelings and emotions kicked off the first edition of a magical cycling event, which every year uniquely combines challenging routes, magnificent landscapes and unforgettable refreshments.
L’Eroica is today a movement capable of attracting thousands of cyclists and enthusiasts from all over the world. In the heart of Tuscany there is a land shaped by nature and the hard work of men and women, which enchants and amazes with its landscapes, history, art and food and wine excellence. It’s Terra Eroica: the cycle tourism experience that allows you to experience a poetry of dirt roads, to be savored slowly on your bike, alone, in the company of friends or with your family.
AgriVilla Montelucci with its privileged position just 8 km away from Gaiole in Chianti is the ideal place to stay during the Eroica period. We have all the space you need for your bikes and to keep them safe with you. L’ Eroica is held in October but its routes are permanent and those who wish will be able to test themselves and train on the white roads of the Eroica all year round!

Cycle on the enchanting white roads of the Terra Eroica exploring the most enchanting landscapes of Chianti and Val D’Orcia. The permanent routes can be started from any municipality crossed and can also be completed over several days.
